Well, I guess I could talk about the baskets of clean laundry that are sitting my living room, waiting to be folded and put away. But I’m not going to.
Instead I have to show you this cute paper I found! I’m not really sure how the clothes on the line translate to an anniversary card, but I decided to do it anyway.
On the inside I added another small strip of the paper at the top and then added the little chick there in the corner! Isn’t he cute? I first inked with Paris Lights and then rolled the edges in summer sunrise. Used a brown maker for the feet and eye.
Decided I wanted to carry the theme onto the envelope, so I drew my own clothesline and cut and glued that onesie. I am not one for cutting, but have always loved the look, so I have been forcing myself to practice.
And of course I had to add another little chick on the front.
Hope that you have a great weekend! Anyone got good plans?

Adorable chick! I'm still "chicken" to try the roll technique. You make it look easy! :)
