Another New Hobby

Yes, I know. I wrote on Saturday morning about my dilemma.

Well, I went down to Mainstreet with my mom and sister for a women's weekend. Part of the festivities included learning how to knit at Crazy Girl Yarn Shop. Unfortunately, I liked it. After buying three skeins of yarn and some needles, I am now a knitter.

Nope, I have not figured out how I will find time for another hobby, but it just might have to replace crocheting. I've never liked the big holes in my crocheted pieces, which are absent in my knitting so far.

Did you notice my blog's new look? I spent some time really figuring out how to make it look just right. And I think that I'm not going to worry about what I write. I had a momentary freak-out last week. I'm just going to consistently share my journey. It may include cooking, crafting, gardening and most likely my pup from time to time. If you feel like sticking it out, I'd love to have you.

Hope that you all have a great Monday!

Knitting is so relaxing. Once you get used to the movements and your hands aren't sore, it's very relaxing. I love knitting!!

I'm so glad that you mentioned sore hands. Mine were sore, but I thought it was just me being crazy!
